I signed up for the Summer Sampler 2017 which is a weekly quilt along hosted by some amazing quilters.  I confess I am horrible at piecing, not just horrible but the worst!  I am my worst quilting customer!  I signed up to practice piecing and explore some neat blocks.  I didn’t realize there would be so much paper piecing.  I am making one from my favorite Ombre fabrics by V&Co and I am sort of making a second one using my Art Gallery In Blue and Charleston fabrics.  So far none of my points match up, the seams are bulky and crooked and they all finish around 11 1/2″ and not 12 1/2″ like the should.  My goal is to have at lease 1 block that is perfect.
